Guillaume is Executive Director, Origination, France at Pemberton.
Prior to joining Pemberton in 2022, Guillaume was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance team of ING in Paris, where he was responsible for originating and executing sponsor-backed transactions, predominantly in France.
Guillaume has 15 years’ experience working in leveraged and acquisition finance. He started his career at BNP Paribas, in Germany, where he worked on leveraged buyout and high-yield transactions across Europe.
Guillaume holds a Master’s in Management from EDHEC Business School.
