Graduate/Intern programme

We work with universities to identify students with the potential to succeed in a high-performing environment. We look for emotional intelligence in addition to technical ability. Our graduate hires are selected from our annual intern programme.

The application process has three stages: review of CVs; followed by interviews with Analysts and with the Partner responsible for People, Performance and Marketing; finally, interviews with Partners from the Investment team and Business Development team.

To ensure a rich and valuable learning experience interns are assigned to one team for the duration of their internship.
