Graduate/Intern programme

We work with universities to identify students with the potential to succeed in a high-performing environment. We look for emotional intelligence in addition to technical ability. Our graduate hires are selected from our annual intern programme.

The application process has three stages:

  • Review of CVs,
  • Interviews with individuals from relevant departments
  • Interviews with the People and Performance team.

To ensure a rich and valuable learning experience interns are assigned to one team for the duration of their internship.
