Cassandra Fahy

Managing Director, Co-Head of Origination, UK

Cassandra is a Managing Director, Co-Head of Origination, UK at Pemberton. She is responsible for originating new investment opportunities while evaluating credit, conducting diligence and negotiating transaction terms and documentation.

Cassandra joined Pemberton in 2018. Before that she was a Vice President in RBS’s Leveraged Finance group between 2011 and 2018. At RBS, she originated and led numerous transactions across Europe in the leveraged space for both corporates and sponsor-owned assets in the leveraged loan and high-yield bond syndicated markets.

Cassandra has over 10 years’ experience in investment banking, leveraged loan syndication and high yield bond markets, including time as an Analyst at Bloomberg LP. She graduated from Warwick Business School with a BSc International Business.
