Pemberton becomes a signatory of ILPA's Diversity in Action initiative
Overview
We are proud to have become a signatory of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA)’s Diversity in Action initiative, which brings together LPs and GPs to promote and commit to specific actions to advance diversity, equality and inclusion within their own firms and in the industry.
As a signatory, we have committed to undertaking four essential DEI actions and two additional actions within the ILPA’s roadmap, including talent management, investment management and industry engagement. Find out more here.
