1.3 We arrange and advise on investments (the “Services”) for our clients. Insofar as any part of this Website may constitute a Financial Promotion under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (“FSMA”) its content has been approved by an authorised person for the purposes of section 21 of FSMA.

1.5 The Website presents details of other members of the Pemberton Asset Management group of companies, being Pemberton Asset Management Holdings Limited, Pemberton Asset Management Services UK Limited, any fund or entity managed, advised or sub-advised by any of the foregoing and any entity that is any of the foregoing’s holding company, parent company, subsidiary or subsidiary undertaking (as such terms are defined in the Companies Act 2006) (the “Pemberton Group”). Notwithstanding the above, the Website and its content are owned by Pemberton Capital Advisors and are governed solely by these Terms of Use and the applicable policies.

2 ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE

2.1 Access to our Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Website without notice. From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all of our Website. We will not be liable if for any reason our Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

2.2 If you breach these Terms of Use, your permission to use the Website terminates immediately and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the Website including any copies thereof.
