Pemberton backs Microtest in its latest UK acquisition
Pemberton is delighted to be supporting Microtest in the acquisition of UK-based IpTest, and to commit further resources for future acquisitions.
Microtest is an Xenon Private Equity portfolio company with advanced technologies in the microchip testing space, operating both as a manufacturer of compact energy efficient testing machines and provider of outsourced testing services to the semiconductor industry.
