Eric Capp has over 29 years’ experience in investment banking, primary syndication, high yield bond and loan markets.
Eric joined Pemberton as a Partner in 2017 and is responsible for origination in the UK and Ireland. Eric was formerly a Managing Director at RBS from 2007 to 2015, where he was head of Global Syndicate; and European High Yield Bond and Loan Capital Markets. Eric was responsible for the global syndicate trading book, RBS’s primary debt syndication teams, and the teams’ originating, structuring and distributing European high yield bonds and loans.
Eric was at JP Morgan from 1997 to 2007. His most recent role was Managing Director and Head of High Yield Capital Markets in Europe and he was responsible for originating high yield bonds and bridge loans for corporates and private equity sponsors.
Eric started his career in 1989 at Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in New York as a generalist in investment banking focused on merchant banking, high yield bonds, equities and M&A.
Eric graduated from the University of Michigan in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and graduated from Harvard Business School in 1997 with an MBA.firstname.lastname@example.org
