Joe Boscia

Executive Director, Portfolio Management

Joe Boscia joined Pemberton in 2021 within direct lending portfolio management and moved to portfolio management of the Working Capital Solutions in late 2024. Prior to joining Pemberton, he was formerly an Executive Director within investment banking at Standard Bank and was responsible for asset origination – including loans and preference share funding – as well as structuring and management of a liquidity portfolio.

Joe has 25 years’ experience in financial services having started his career at RBS, having trained as an accountant with Ernst & Young.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an undergraduate and post graduate accounting honours degree from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and is a member of the ICAEW.
