Pemberton Asset Management supports the acquisition of WATR Group by Castik Capital
Pemberton has provided financing to support the acquisition of WATR Group, a dewatering and groundwater management specialist, by Castik Capital.
WATR Group is a water management specialist in Germany and the Netherlands, encompassing dewatering and groundwater management services, mobile water purification, temporary pump installations as well as related ground protection products.
As a prominent provider of dewatering services for infrastructure construction projects, WATR Group helps the industrial and construction sectors meet environmental and sustainability standards for water management and treatment.
