Managing Director, Origination, Nordics
Klaus joined Pemberton in 2025 as Managing Director, Origination, focused on the Nordics region.
Prior to Pemberton, Klaus was Co-Head of Leveraged Finance at Danske Bank and before then a senior originator with focus on Nordic PE transactions at Nomura and Citi. Klaus also has worked as an independent M&A and financing advisor for PE owned companies and as a CIO of a family office. He holds an MBA from London Business School.
