Graduate/Intern Programme

We work with universities to find students who thrive in high-performance settings, valuing emotional intelligence alongside technical skills. Our graduate hires come from our annual intern programme. 

The application process involves:

  • Interviews with relevant department members, 
  • Interviews with the People and Performance team. 

Interns are placed in one team for the entirety of their internship to enrich their learning experience.

The Pemberton ID Council

PembertonID Council supports the organisation’s efforts in fostering an inclusive environment, increasing diversity through recruitment, as well as building awareness of and focus on the importance of inclusion and diversity not only at Pemberton but in local communities and the industry.
