Rajan is a senior member of the Structuring team where his responsibilities include new product development, executing fund financing facilities and structuring, negotiating and closing of investment structures liaising closely with Portfolio Management, Business Development, Legal, Finance and Operations teams.
Rajan joined Pemberton in 2021. He was formerly Vice President in the Securitised Product Finance Structuring group at Credit Suisse, responsible for executing and structuring asset backed financing deals and public securitisations across both US and European capital markets focusing on residential mortgages and consumer loan assets.
Rajan has over 15 years’ experience in financial services. He has extensive experience in managing client engagements, business consulting and financial research projects for top-tier investment banks and asset managers.
He started his financial career as a research analyst with S&P CRISIL and has a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India.
