Paul Aldrich

Partner, Global Head of People and Performance

Paul is Global Head of People and Performance. He is responsible for talent management, organisation performance and development, including internal communications.

He has over 35 years’ experience and joined Pemberton in 2018. He previously worked as Managing Partner, Financial Services for global executive search firms, including Odgers Berndtson in EMEA 2015-2017 and CTPartners in EMEA and APAC 2006-2015.Previously he worked in internal audit for Chase Manhattan Bank in EMEA and APAC, having started his career as an auditor in the Financial Services Practice at Price Waterhouse in London.

Paul is a visiting fellow at Durham University where he also obtained both his Doctorate in Business Administration and his MBA.
