Nirvan is Head of Risk at Pemberton Asset Management. He joined Pemberton in 2023 and will help strategically enhance the firm’s Risk function across investment and non-investment risks.
Nirvan joined Pemberton from East Lodge Capital a Structured Credit Hedge Fund where he was Head of Risk Management. Prior to East Lodge, Nirvan worked in various Investment Risk Roles at Gingko Tree Investment Ltd. the European Private Markets division of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange where he developed their Risk Framework for Private Assets in Europe, and at UBS Asset Management where he was responsible for Investment Risk across both Public and Private Debt, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.
Nirvan began his career in the Credit Markets in structuring roles at both Bear Stearns, and Bank of America where he structured new issue CLOs, and ABCP conduits.
Nirvan is a CAIA charterholder and has an MSc. in Operations Research from Columbia University in New York.
