Managing Director, Head of DACH
Nils is Head of DACH, with responsibility for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities.
He joined Pemberton in 2015. Before that he was an Associate for leveraged buyout financings, high-yield and non-investment grade corporate transactions in Societe Generale’s Leveraged Finance Group in Frankfurt.
Nils has over 10 years’ experience in leveraged and acquisition finance. He started his career at Commerzbank, where he worked for more than three years on leveraged buyout and high-yield transactions in Frankfurt and London.
Nils holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Giessen and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
