Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Working Capital Solutions
Nils Behling joins Pemberton as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer for our Working Capital Solutions strategy. Nils will also serve as COO of invensa, our fintech joint venture with Santander Corporate & Investment Banking.
Nils brings a wealth of experience at the intersection of private credit, technology, and capital markets. He previously co-founded and successfully exited Tradeteq, a global private credit distribution platform, where he served as COO and Chief Legal Officer. His earlier career spans roles at Gemcorp Capital, Trafigura, Merrill Lynch, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Nils holds a PhD in Law from Saarland University and is a CAIA Charterholder.
