Nicole is Chief Credit Officer at Pemberton, responsible for the independent credit function. She co-chairs the Credit Review Committee at Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP and holds primary responsibility for implementing restructuring and recovery strategies where needed.
She joined Pemberton in 2016. She was previously a Managing Director and Head of Restructuring at GE Capital International from 2005 to 2015, with primary hands-on portfolio management responsibility for international stressed/distressed assets.
Nicole has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Prior to GE Capital, she spent 18 years at Dresdner Kleinwort, joining as a graduate and latterly as Managing Director in the Institutional Restructuring Unit in London, heading the European Portfolio. Previously, she was Head of International Intensive Care Unit, managing a portfolio of international distressed debt and local work-out teams.
Nicole holds a MA in Classics from Cambridge University and a Diploma, Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants.
