Matthew is an experienced Senior Credit Officer having spent 20 years investing in the European Leveraged Finance market.
Prior to joining Pemberton in 2022, Matthew was a founding member of Apollo’s European Private Credit team, where he focused on the origination and execution of investments in support of mid-market Private Equity backed transactions. Previously, Matthew was a Director at both Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe and GE Capital in their respective Leveraged Finance teams.
Matthew holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance from Oxford Brookes University and a BSc in Financial Services from the University of Manchester.
