James Scanlon

Executive Director, Technology

James is a member of the Technology function at Pemberton and is responsible for leading the application of technology to Pemberton’s business functions.

Prior to joining Pemberton in 2021, James was a technology lead at AON, managing a team of 25 people delivering high performance, low-latency technology solutions for a world-wide FinTech product suite within an Agile/DevOps based environment. Prior to AON, James was the Lead Architect on a major FinTech Trading and Investor Relations platform at N.M Rothschild. James has also held positions at BNP Paribas, Lloyds Banking Group, Wells Fargo Asset Management and NATO.

James has over 15 years in technology in Financial Services and Investment Banking and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology.
