Harri Needham

Executive Director of Group Finance

Harri is the Executive Director of Group Finance for Pemberton, responsible for the Finance function, including accounting and reporting, for all the corporate entities within the group.

Prior to joining Pemberton in 2017, Harri worked at GP Bullhound, an international technology advisory and investment firm from 2012 as their Group Finance Manager. Before that she was a financial accountant at a start-up eMoney company. She has over 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.

Harri graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Accounting and Finance and is an ACCA qualified accountant.
