Anis Ghamgui

Partner, Business Development, Middle East & Africa

Anis is Partner and Head of Middle East and Africa at Pemberton for Business Development and has over 20 years’ experience in business development.

Prior to joining Pemberton in 2021, he was Head of Institutional Client Business Middle East and North Africa at BlackRock, sat on the EMEA ICB Executive Committee and was responsible for building BlackRock’s book of business in the region. As Head of the Dubai office, he was also responsible for all aspects of business management, strategic leadership for the region and for holding the Senior Executive Officer role with the regulator.

Previously, Anis was Head of Institutional Sales for MENA & Central East Asia at Natixis Global Asset Management where he was responsible for building the institutional business in the region. He also held positions at Morgan Stanley and S&P.

Anis holds a Master in Accounting Management from the Faculté des Sciences Economiques et de Gestion, Sfax, Tunisia.
