Alex Haussmann

Managing Director, Strategy & Corporate Development

Alex heads Pemberton’s Strategy & Corporate Development function. He is responsible for leading key strategic projects within the firm covering inorganic and organic growth opportunities, as well as process improvements.

Prior to joining Pemberton in 2021, Alex was an Associate Partner in Bain & Company’s Financial Services practice in London. At Bain, Alex advised leading banks and insurance companies across the UK and Germany, developing and delivering corporate and business unit strategies, as well as large-scale customer experience, restructuring and cost transformations. He also gained experience at Monzo Bank, where he helped grow the bank’s new lending business.

Alex holds a Masters degree in Business Analytics from Warwick Business School and a German-French double Bachelor degree in International Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and NEOMA Business School in Reims.
