Overview
Credit structuring regimes across Europe have been undergoing significant reform. This has made them, on the whole, more flexible and more creditor-friendly.
While we are moving towards a common pan-European legal framework, it will still take many years to achieve. Understanding the different legal regimes across Europe therefore remains vital for determining creditor protections.
