Pemberton has provided a €267m financing package to support the majority acquisition of Ayesa Digital, the digital transformation and managed IT services division of Ayesa Group, by a sponsor consortium led by Indar Kartera and BBK, two leading institutions from the Basque Country in Spain.
Originally established in 1996 in Spain, Ayesa Digital delivers mission-critical software development, systems integration and long-term managed services across the IT lifecycle. It is one of Spain’s largest privately owned digital services providers, with a strong presence across Andalusia, Madrid and the Basque Country.
The transaction is expected to support the company’s continued growth, enabling further digital development for public institutions and blue-chip corporates, while strengthening capabilities across key software and IT service areas.
