Senior Advisor, Restructuring
Alfa is Senior Advisor, Restructuring at Pemberton. He has over 25 years of investment experience across private equity and leveraged finance, spanning the full investment lifecycle from acquisition through portfolio development to exit, including significant board-level experience.
Prior to joining Pemberton, Alfa was a Partner at Nordic Capital and, before that, spent 19 years at Silverfleet Capital, where he invested in and supported businesses through periods of growth and transformation. He began his career in leveraged finance at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
Alfa holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Warwick.
