Geoffroi is Chairman European Coverage and responsible for origination in France. He is a member of the Credit Review Committee of Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP and is a board member of Pemberton Asset Management S.A.
Prior to joining Pemberton in 2015, he worked at Lazard Frères from 2009 to 2015 where he was Head of Debt Advisory in France. In this role, he advised a wide number of French and European companies and financial sponsors across the capital structure. Previously he was co-head of leveraged finance at RBS in Paris and a member of the GBM investment committee for RBS London.
He has over 30 years’ experience in credit, corporate markets and advisory, with positions at BNP Paribas, Indosuez and Credit Agricole.
Geoffroi graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and holds an MSc in Business Law from the Université Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne, and an MSc in Economics and Finance from the Université Paris Dauphine.
