Executive Director, People & Performance
Adam Rees is an Executive Director in the People and Performance Group, where he is a Business Partner, supporting the people strategy across the organisation. He also leads global recruitment activity across the firm’s investment strategies and central functions.
Prior to joining Pemberton, Adam was at Blackstone in London, where he led talent acquisition across EMEA. He has previously held senior talent roles at Coller Capital and Nomura International, and earlier in his career worked in executive search.
Adam holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London, and a BSc in Politics and Modern History from Cardiff University.
