Vas is Executive Director, Distribution Strategy. He is responsible for Pemberton’s distribution strategy and operations, leading market intelligence and competitor analysis, and overseeing the sales analytics and reporting that inform the firm’s fundraising and market growth.
He works closely with Pemberton’s Global Head of Clients to deliver major projects and strengthen the firm’s most important relationships and provides the Board with fundraising forecasts. Working alongside regional Business Development heads, he helps identify new growth opportunities and position Pemberton as a leading European private credit manager.
Prior to joining Pemberton, Vasileios held business intelligence and sales operations roles at Barings, where he led distribution analytics across the UK and EMEA, and earlier at State Street. He also served as a second lieutenant in the Greek army.
He holds an MBA and a degree in International Economic Relations, both from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece.
